Although integration is really about a daily process of implementing change in our lives - sometimes over years - these sessions allow you to gain deeper clarity about the wisdom that arrived during the ceremony while creating specific goals and intentions to move forward. At the same time it's also a space for the energetic sealing in of the ceremony and a key part of staying connected to community.
