Imbolc marks the sacred midpoint between Winter Solstice and Spring Equinox, and the seasonal threshold of Rebirth. This is the moment when what has been gestating in darkness begins to warm and prepare for emergence.

This ceremony invites you to attune to the subtle stirrings within and breath warmth into the vision and new life that are beginning to form.

CEREMONY FLOW:

✨ Wisdom Teachings of Imbolc as one of the sacred Celtic Fire Festivals and initatory gateways of transformation.

✨ Conscious Connected Breathwork to clear stagnation and open the heart. Guided Spirit Journey (shamanic) to the gateway of hope as we listen for what is preparing to emerge

✨ Seasonal Ritual: Brighid’s Flame & Mantle of Protection
We close by tending the sacred flame of Brighid, a ritual of renewal, blessing, and redevotion to our inner flame.
