1. Forest-Cacao opening
You have the option of sharing a sacred plant spirit ritual that has been accessed around the world for thousands of years. This opens the field and softens the edges, allowing your system to settle. Entry into deeper work is easier as you let go from the head into the heart, regulating the nervous system and relaxing to go within.

2. Energy clearing
Angela will offer traditional shamanic healing practices to clear and release heavy energies and return any lost soul essence. Tobacco ceremony may also be included to move energies making space for ancestral healing, power restoration, soul retrieval, and destiny alignment

3. SOUND HEALING
Drums call to our most ancient self. As you lay beneath the Unity Horse Drum you will bathe for 60-mins in the rhythmic resonance as it moves through your body and energy field. Journeying with the Horse spirit, you have an opportunity to connect with your Spirit allies, loving Ancestors, and Higher Self

4. RAP´EH RITUAL FOR CLARITY
The option to close with a Rapéh ceremony to ground and open your inner sight. We then anchor any guidance received and take time for you to become steady, oriented, and restored. We will also take time to co-create your Integration practices and protocol

I booked a ceremony with Angela to guide me through some deep grief and depression. I had overwhelming feelings and was unable to navigate them on my own. Angela listened closely and then gave me a sacred Tobacco clearing and journeyed to bring my soul into alignment with my heart and body. I laid under the incredible body sized Horse Drum, and as Angela drummed, I found myself in a deep meditative state where I regulated and became calmer, releasing a lot of stuck emotions. After the ceremony, I felt the weight I had been carrying for several months was gone. I am so grateful for Angela's guidance.
