Winter Solstice was also recognised as a potent threshold for our Ancestors. It was a time to consult the spirits through divination, to seek guidance, and to align their lives with the greater cycles of nature. A time where vision was clarified and the sacred seeds of the future are stirred awake ready to be nurtured and manifested in the year ahead.

THE SANCTUARY
Xenia Retreat Centre | 782 Smith Road, Bowen Island
Our journey will be supported by Pachamama in the beautiful forest and ceremonial sanctuary of Xenia Retreat Centre on Bowen Island. This will provide us with a much needed opportunity to unplug, decompress, and rest into the Medicine.
Accommodations are varied, mostly shared, and include: self-contained cottages, bright moonlit yurts, and rooms in the main lodge. Accommodation is booked on a first come first serve basis. We suggest you register ASAP to increase your chances of getting what you want.
** Note: There are no ferry reservations to Bowen, so ensure you leave yourself plenty of time for Holiday traffic and ferry travel.

YOUR GUIDE
Angela is a seasoned facilitator with over 30 years of experience in soul work, somatic therapy, animist ritual, and plant medicine ceremony. She has guided thousands of people through life transitions, trauma healing, and spiritual reconnection.
As the creatress of The Essential Revolution, (since 2006) a 12-month journey of Return to the Deep Self, she teaches a spiritual path based in Celtic and Andean animism, plant spirit medicine, somatic practice, and ancestral remembering that offers an unwavering connection to Spirit and our wise sovereign self, expanding our capacity for spiritual resilience in the face of our world’s radically changing landscape.
Anglea also offers 1:1 Soul Medicine sessions, Microdosing guidance, and Somatic Psychedelic Integration.
She has been a guest speaker at Simon Fraser University, the Canadian Society of Addiction Medicine, and the Spirit Plant Medicine Conference at the University of British Columbia.

No. Whether this is your first time or you’re returning to this work, you’ll be supported every step of the way with intentional preparation and loving care. If you are new, you will be required to complete an intake form
