Each module includes online gatherings on Wednesday evenings roughly twice per month.
Each module is made up of a 2-hour circle
Two Wednesdays per month, 6:30pm - 8:30pm

Please note, there are some months with one circle and some with three. See full schedule below.
There are no classes in August.
Classes close for Summer on July 28, 2027 and resume September 1, 2027.
First class is October 7th, 2026. Final class is September 29, 2027.
You will be sent a reminder for each class.

Self-Care & Protocols for Online Classes
Zoom fatigue is real! Here’s some suggestions that will support you to participate, feel included, and prevent Zoom fatigue.
We ask that your camera be on during class, however, it’s best to turn it off for any activities that involve introspection (meditation, grounding, journeying, dance journeys).
We ask that you be present during class. Please leave other activities for another time.
Turn off the Self View mode. We were never meant to be talking to others while seeing ourselves in a mirror so turning this off can eliminate that distraction
Make the Zoom window as small as you can on your computer screen.
If you find Gallery View overwhelming, use the PIN option and pin Angela so it feels like it’s just the two of you having a chat.
If however, you find Gallery View easier on your nervous system, try that.
Turn down your screen brightness to rest your eyes
PROTOCOLS
The classes are not recorded.
If you have a question and don’t want others to see it, put it in the chat directly to our team.
If you need to move around a lot, please turn off your screen as it’s distracting for others.

SPIRITUAL MENTORSHIP
Spiritual Mentorship is available to you throughout the program. You each have two 60-min individual 1:1 sessions with Angela available to you during the program. It is your responsibility to book this in throughout the year.

Aside from your sessions, the best way to access support and mentorship is through Whatsapp. We’ve created a group chat for your cohort. Please download the app for your phone from your app store. Note: there is also a desktop app if you prefer ⇢
WHAT THE GROUP IS FOR
This is where our team will text any logistics for the group.
If you have any questions that you think would benefit the group, this is a great place to leave it.
Angela is also available if you find yourself with questions or just needing a bit of support as you go along. The best way to access this is by contacting Angela directly (not the group) using the Voice Memo feature on WhatsApp.

Online Meetings
Technical & Other Requirements
Here’s a list of what you will need:
A good wifi connection for Zoom meetings.
A Zoom account.
A quiet space where you can be for our online meetings and not be disturbed. This is ideally a space where you can sit comfortably, lay down, and also have space for our dance journeys too.
A bandanna or eye cover for journeying
An updated version of Spotify. During our Dance Journeys Angela provides links to her custom-built Spotify playlists. Some participants find that dancing to the volume that comes through Zoom is inadequate. So, if you really want to enjoy the experience, we suggest you play the playlist independently (eg, through your phone) and have it connected to a speaker. It’s pretty next level. You can download Spotify to your desktop as well. Download on Mac or download on PC.

A foamie max 25” wide for ceremony
Yoga mat, blanket, cushions, backjack
Your personal journal and your Apprenticeship Journal
A bandanna or eye cover for journeying
Earplugs for sleeping later in the night
