WELCOME BACK TO THE CIRCLE
Reconnect with your medicine
Tend to your fire. Join the next Essential Revolution Apprenticeship year long cohort starting October 7th, 2026
Your Practice is Always Waiting for You
Life shifts and integration takes time—there is no "falling off track."
Spiritual work isn't a one-and-done; it’s a daily practice, and community is the secret sauce. Reconnecting isn't about looking back; it's about stepping up to the fire to recharge when you're ready.
If you’re thinking about jumping back in with me this year as a returning graduate, I’m pleased to offer you the following path back to your medicine.
Deeper Roots, New Medicine
What’s New in the Curriculum
The 4 Celtic Fire Festivals
Sacred Thresholds & Rites of Passage
We are expanding beyond the four cardinal directions to anchor in the potent energy of the four Fire Festivals. These act as initiatory gateways to guide you through life’s primary Rites of Passage: Birth, Adolescence, Mid-Life, and Death.
Relational Life Therapy & Somatics
Bringing the Medicine into Your Relationships
Learn how to apply conscious practice to your everyday relationships using RLT parts work and somatic techniques. Meet, heal, and integrate the wounded and adaptive parts of yourself that get stuck at life's major thresholds—bringing your Wise Adult back into full sovereignty.
New Medicine Tools & Life Review
As we move through the Four Gateways, you’ll undergo an intentional, guided life review. Along the way, you’ll engage with new medicine tools and connect with four additional Lía (one per Gateway) to deeply align your path with the natural seasons of your life.
