The Meditation Retreat is a powerful opportunity to be held in a sacred space of deep listening, empathy, and meditation so you can go deeply into your soul work, allowing what needs surfacing to surface, allowing what’s needs resolution to resolve, and allowing your soul story to come forward.
New clients begin with a 50-min somatic preparation session (fee is separate) to get to know each other and to tune into your nervous system, and create your intentions for your retreat. This is followed by the Meditation day and then a 50-min Integration session.
Returning clients can book a 15-min Connection Call to get started. This is followed by the Meditation day and then a 50-min Integration session.
Each retreat is unique, and approximately 6-7 hours in length. Here are some of the offerings included in your experience:
Somatic work to support your journey and support resolution
Deep listening and compassionate space holding
Energy clearing with Tobacco, essences, soul singing, and sound
Soul retrieval and integration
Ancestral pattern clearing
Horse Drum resonance soundbath
Once your meditation is complete, we will have some food so you are grounded and we can begin your integration process.
You will then head home with directions for your self-care and integration in the days to follow where I am also available for phone support.
We will also schedule your 50-min integration session a week after where you can begin to create goals, steps, and timelines towards integrating your inner change into your outer world.
INVESTMENT:
Our time together is around 7-8 hours at a rate of $150/hr. This includes: meditation retreat, follow up phone support, integration journal, and integration session. Please ensure you have enough space before and after to make the most of your experience. I suggest a minimum of half day the day before, and a minimum of a full day after. Two days after is ideal.
FEE: $997
DEPOSIT: $497 is due at time of booking with the remaining balance due the week before.
About cancellations & missed appointments:
Many people wait for these sessions and appreciate any openings that become available due to cancellations.
Due to the nature of this ceremony, a minimum of one week's notice is required for cancellations. If you cancel more than 7 days before your session, you will receive a full refund.
Between 5 and 7 days, you will receive a 50% refund.
Any cancellation less than 3 days before the session is non-refundable. Thank you for respecting this.
